       1.1.1 Return and Claim A Refund

              a) Damaged items can be returned and claim a refund.

              b) Only part of products submit to this term: Shoes, Jewelry, Scarf, Sunglasses. Clothes are EXCLUDED.

              b) Customer must report the damage within 3 days after receiving your order; otherwise, your application won't be dealt with.

              c) Items must be returned in its original unused packing condition with all cards, tags, booklets included.

              d) When sending back the item, please put inside the parcel a note that indicates your original order number and your email address; after sending the items, please email a photo or a copy of the shipping paper to sales@lovinwholesale.com.

              e) Customer shall bear the cost of sending back.

              f) Refund will be arranged within 48 hours after we receive your return.
